Approximately 15 wild gulf shrimp per pound, sold in a 2 lb. bag- peeled, deveined and ready to cook.
Brown Shrimp are wild caught in deep waters ranging from 180 to 300 feet off the coast of Texas, which contributes to the rich “ocean like” flavor. They are firm in texture, sweet in flavor and perfect for just about any cooking method.
Brown Shrimp can be boiled, broiled, grilled, sautéed or steamed, but just be careful not to overcook them as the meat will toughen.
