Faroe Island Salmon is an Atlantic salmon cultivated in open ocean pens, where they have been farming since the 1960’s The pristine waters combined with cool steady temperatures and strong currents help to produce a superior salmon in both quality and flavor. Fillets are firm and succulent with a significant fat content which provides a delicate flavor and tender flesh.
Salmon can be baked, roasted, smoked, pan seared, steamed, grilled and broiled.
